Mold solution
Florida is rampant with mold in homes due to high humidity in the air and when I noticed mold growing on my WaterBeads I thought I was going to have a problem. But, No. It's a very simple solution, literally. Just add 1/2 teaspoon of bleach to the water when you hydrate your WaterBeads and problem solved. Read more about how this actually helps your plants as well as prevents the mold at WaterBeads4Plants.com/blog and other great articles on how to care for WaterBeads and ideas for where to use them.

Roots!
Got back from a 3-day weekend in Key West to find I have roots! I can't even remember what the seeds were from. On Thursday last week I saw them sitting there and decided to see if they would root in WaterBeads. Success! I'll be doing a lot more with plants so stay tuned to all the fun or get your WaterBeads4Plants.com and start growing your own food and plants!

Plants for WaterBeads
Often the question is asked, "what kind of plants can be used in WaterBeads?"
Will Creed replied...
The list of plants that can live in water is too long to post. Just about any soft-stemmed plant from which you can root cuttings will live in water. Woody-stemmed plants, ferns, and palms will not grow in water
The very popular lucky bamboos that are sold growing in water are really Dracaena cuttings. Other popular plants that grow well in water include, pothos, Philodendron, wandering Jew, ivy, spider plants, and Chinese evergreen.
If you tap water is on the hard side, use filtered, distilled or rainwater in stead. Change the water every couple of weeks. Add a very tiny amount (about one-tenth the recommended rate) of any complete fertilizer to the water.I'm starting a study of some of my own backyard and indoor plants to see what will take off and will be posting pics and updates on WaterBeads4Plants.com/blog

New
Going full gusto with WaterBeads for Plants. All the different products I have promoted at GCA this one has really skyrocketed. People love to touch it, they love to look at it, they want to buy it, and quite a lot want to start their own business with it. I am lucky enough to be working directly with one of the main importers and have helped a lot of people already to get their hands on some in whatever capacity they wish.

Water Beads for Plants
Water Beads for plants is a great way to instruduce an additional aspect of color to your floral decorations. More and more I am even seeing displays that don't involve flowers or plants at all. I featured a beautiful piece I call "A Piece of Ocean" in an ezine article lately and you can see the directions for this centerpiece on my Site blog.
Water Beads are made of polymer crystals that absorb and slowly release water. When they are dry they are tiny little beads, but when they aborb water they turn into marble like gel beads. My Water Beads come in 12 different colors that do not bleed their colors to surroundings and hold their shape for life with proper care.
Once you get the chance to see and actually put your hands on water gel beads you will become fascinated with them. I even had one client wonder how much it would take to fill and entire bathtub with them so she could immerse her tactile senses in the magical sensation.
For more beautiful water gel beads displays visit our Site and Blog. And you can purchase my Water gel Beads for Plants for $2.95 per 10g vial or 4 vials for just $9.99.
